SHIPPING
YM Studio offers shipping in the continental United States via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate boxes, with a charge of $4.95. There is no tracking provided with this shipping. If you would like some other type of shipping, please contact me via email.
YOUR SATISFACTION
I want my customers to be delighted with their YM Studio Jewelry. If you are not happy and completely satisfied, returns will be accepted within 12 days of your receipt. The amount of the purchase will be credited upon return of the item(s), if the item(s) is in the same condition as when it was shipped from YM Studio (shipping costs cannot be refunded). Simply contact me via email prior to shipping the item(s) back, for a return authorization code. Please package securely (lots of padding) and insure for over $100.00. Refunds will not be made unless the item(s) is returned.
If you are unsure about the size of the components (gemstones, etc.) in a particular piece, I recommend contacting me prior to ordering for detailed information. Also, please be aware that most pieces are one of a kind and only minimal adjustments, such as length, can be made. If you request an adjustment, this could delay shipment and possibly incur an additional charge.
Please contact me within 3 days of receipt if your item(s) is not correct or arrived damaged. I will gladly repair the item(s) or refund your money.
